With COVID-19 out there, the health and safety of our employees and guests is our number one priority. We care deeply about our guests, family of employees, and our community. With these unprecedented times, we have put in place extensive protocols for every aspect of our business and we are eager to welcome you back to the Beach!
Our employees have received training on COVID-19 safety and sanitation protocols. Our comprehensive training for our teams includes Housekeeping, Linen Service, and Food & Beverage.
Employee responsibilities are vital for an effective sanitation and health program. Frequent handwashing with soap is a vital help to combat the spread of the virus. All employees have been instructed to wash their hands, or use hand sanitizer when a sink is not available.
Cleaning Products and Protocols for our Condos and Homes, Restaurant and Linen Facility meet EPA guidelines and are approved for use, and are effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
Our housekeeping team is being extra careful about sanitizing guest rooms including paying attention to details like door handles, remote controls switches, thermostats, etc. Even though our housekeeping staff has always been known for their high standard of cleanliness, at this time, we have enhanced our cleaning protocols even further. The HOA’s we work with have enhanced the frequency of cleaning of public areas, restrooms, elevator landings, etc.
For your safety and the safety of our staff, our staff is required to take all safety precautions necessary. At this time, our staff is required to have minimum physical contact with our guests. To do so we are requesting our guests to complete the pre-registration forms online before checking in so that you can go straight to your unit and avoid the check in office. We have keyless entry and you’ll only need your door code to access to your unit.
We look forward to hosting you and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions or would like more details on our program.
