1. We stayed here the last week in August 2010 with our immediate family which included 8 adults and 5 teenagers. It was incredibly spacious and everything we needed was right there. We did stop at Wal Mart to buy groceries for the week but the rest of the time we were on the beach which was located right across the road. Not once did anyone get on anyones nerves and I attribute that to the huge rooms, X-Box, pool table, swimming pool located right under our double balcony, and location of the condo as well as the beach. Only thing that would have made this even better would have been ocean view, but I could hear it and smell it as soon as I opened up the door and that was good enough for me. Highly reccommend.

2. Rented this house for my birthday weekend to enjoy the beach- We never left the house because it was so great! Loved the pool table/game room with the pub tables and TV, breathtaking view of the marsh, large kitchen table for everyone to enjoy a meal and play board games, great kitchen fully stocked-easy to cook in, huge TV in living room , 3 large porches to sit and relax on, large bedrooms with equally large bathrooms. Will definitely rent again…thanks

3. Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and has wonderful views of N. Myrtle Beach. The pots and pans in the kitchen were not the greatest. The plates, cups etc. said that they were microwave safe but when used to make a cup of tea, the handle of the cup was extremely hot and actually caused a burn. Overall, it is a great condo in a great location. Thank you for a Happy Easter 2011!!

4. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Grand Cayman! The property was the perfect choice for my annual girls weekend. The house was spatious, colorful, comfortable and affordable. I especially enjoyed the marsh view. I will definitely be returning. Thanks for a wonderful time.

5. We booked our golf trip utilizing this house. We had 15 people stay in the house and the accommodations were great. The building is well insulated for sound. Our guys are pretty loud when having a good time, yet the noise could barely be heard the next floor up. It was very nice, clean, and maintained well. It was easy to get to and restaurants and golf courses within a short distance. Highly recommend it’s use.

6. We decided to visit North Myrtle Beach after Labor Day when the crowds are smaller and the pace slows down. It was perfect for us. The water is still warm, the beach was great and this condo was just right for us. Very warm and friendly accomodations. Clean and tastefully decorated we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay there very much and have already reserved time for 2012. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.

7. Really enjoyed our week at the condo. We rent alot of places but this was first that the pictures are exactly what they say they are. Nice clean condo with no problems. It is close to many local Restaurants and shopping. It sure was a home away from home. Now I want one. This place is great for large families. Thanks for sharing your place with us this past week

8. Because the house was spacious, we were all able to have our own bedroom. Linens and towels were very nice and sterilized. Also, plenty of nice bathrooms – 3 for 4 bedrooms per floor. Bright and sunny rooms with patios and views of the sound. Great accommodating kitchen with plenty of dishes and pots and pans, etc. Loved the pantry area and large refrigerator and freezer. Seating for meals is very adequate. Open floor plan in kitchen, den, large recreation room on first floor makes for an enjoyable social setting. Also, patio off kitchen a bathroom off recreation room make it easy to stay involved with others. The location is great for walking across the street to the beach. Grocery store is a short walk. Also very close to fishing pier. Great for being outdoors, shelling, swimming, sun and things to do. Nearby restaurants and shopping. Washer and dryer helpful for not over packing for the trip.

9. Recently, eight friends from college met at the Grand Cayman Villas for a week of catching up. The accommodations were perfect with eight beautiful bedrooms and seven baths. We had easy beach access for walking and biking on the beach; we enjoyed great sunsets and beautiful views over the marsh from our 3 decks; we were in close proximity to great restaurants; we had room for card games, reminiscing, watching TV, and enjoying lots of stories and laughter. What a great condo and what a great week with friends!

10. My family and I had a wonderful time in this unit. The location was ideal; next to all major highways, and on a spot of the beach were the crowds were sparse. We were walking distance to the fishing pier too. I loved that everything in this condo was new, clean, fresh and well equipped. I have rented other places that made me feel like everything supplied came from a yard sale. This condo was top-notch. We loved everything about it. The owners were also great with correspondence and helpful hints ( I needed an urgent care). I look forward to renting this unit again!

11. This location has it all. It’s spotless, cozy, and in walking distance of everything. The beach is beautiful and the location is calm and quiet. Being on the first floor makes moving in and out easy. The screened porch is perfect for meals and hanging out. The perfect place to relax, replenish and restore. Kim and Mike were awesome to work with, and they’ve thought of everything. Can’t wait to come back!

12. Our family spent 7 days in Myrtle Beach in this condo on Jul 28 – Aug 4th. We found the condo amenities exactly as the listing description stated. There were 11 adults and 1 teenager and there was plenty of room for all. We found the condo to be conveniently located, very comfortable, clean, well maintained and it also provided the right amount of privacy to all whenever needed. This was a great find and when we vacation in Myrtle Beach in the future, we will definitely try to reserve this condo. Thanks Maggie!

13. We had our family Christmas here this year, sixteen adults and six children. Very spacious, kitchen well stocked. It was very nice not to have to worry about bringing bed linens and towels as we would have had to do when renting a house. The property was well maintained, and the owner very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

14. LOCATION – chose this villa because it is literally across the street from the beach access which was great for shuttling between the beach and villa with babies/toddlers.
    LOCATION – it is also just a few blocks from Family Kingdom which the kids of all ages enjoyed.
    LOCATION – didn’t realize this until we got there, but this balcony directly overlooks the kid area of the pool. We literally watched our kids play in the splash park while relaxing in the rocking chairs. Such a nice perk!

15. This Villa more than exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal in North Myrtle Beach. The property and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The beach is a short drive and there is plenty of shopping near by. There is no lack of places to eat from fast food to fine dining. We enjoyed eating on the water in Little River. The owner was helpful in answering any question. The kitchen was well stocked. This Villa was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool which was very clean.

16. We have stayed here before but missed this property in 2012 as we left our booking too late so stayed in another Villa. Returned in 2013. This is definitely nicer and better equipped than the Villa we stayed in last year. New paint, new pool table cloth, nice and fresh – nice property. Thanks Andy – see you in 2014. Paul.

29. We stayed here over Spring Break with our family. The house was set up great with enough space for all of us. Convenient location for a quick trip across the street to run to the grocery store or get an ice cream cone. We enjoyed walking to the pier and lounging on the balcony. Quick one hour drive up to Wilmington to visit the USS North Carolina or 15 minute drive down to Myrtle Beach hub bub.

33. This was a fantastic rental property. It had everything we could have needed including parking large enough for 8 cars, spacious living and sleeping areas, well furnished, and a great location, within short walking distance of the beach and the surrounding town stores. The rental agency is fair, and as a student group we received our security deposit back in full. We treated the property well and also had a fantastic time! I would absolutely recommend this property!

35. We were part of 6 couples who stayed June 7-14. Our friendships track back more than 40 years, so it was a special vacation. We enjoyed, especially, the location of the condo: Just half a block from the beach, and within a nice exercise walk to the boardwalk area. Also, of the many beaches I’ve seen, Myrtle Beach is right up there with spaciousness, cleanliness and fun things to do. Three negatives, 2 of which are easily remedied by staff: Thin towels and not nearly enough of them for 12 adults, ocean view now almost totally obstructed by new construction (so I wouldn’t advertise it as "ocean view" if I were the owners); and not spotlessly clean, but clean enough.

37. This is a perfect location for family reunions or any large gatherings. This house is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is a spacious house that is very airy, with lots of room for visiting with friends and family. It has a relaxing cozy atmosphere and lots of privacy in the 8 private bedrooms. The convenience to the oceanfront is just superb, a very short walking distance to the ocean. There is a picnic area, and can fit lots of cars – at one point we had 9 or 10 cars there. The morning sun and afternoon shade are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the private pool area – it was so refreshing – so that you can enjoy the pool anytime of the day! The convenience of the private balconies off of each floor was great to view the ocean and surrounding area while sipping on my morning coffee. If you like to cook, it has a gourmet kitchen with everything you would need to make that special meal for friends and family. I will never have to search online again for another beach property because I have found the perfect location! 5 STARS from this PICKY GRANDMOTHER!

38. We rented this house for our spring break. It was two large families. We found the property to be well maintained, clean and perfect for our trip. The kids loved the pool table and swimming in the pool. The bedrooms were spacious and perfect for our needs. We would highly rec. this house. Short walk to the beach, and in a great area. The property manager was AWESOME, we spoke to her several times and she was very helpful. We will be back

39. We stayed in the villa for a week in July. Very comfortable, clean and spacious place to stay. Located conveniently to many amenities in North Myrtle Beach. Would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing vacation! We would definitely come back again!

40. Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! Our marsh view from the balcony was incredible. We enjoyed our stay here SO much. The beach in front of the property was never too crowded either which made it VERY nice. The beach access for this house is super convenient and the pool area was nice too. We will definitely be back to Cherry Grove Beach and the Oceans.

42. The property was great! We traveled with one other couple and the condo had enough space for all of us to fit comfortably. The location couldn’t have been better. We were so close to the beach and within walking distance of several yummy restaurants, ice cream shops and a grocery store! It was far enough from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, but close enough that we could still enjoy the activities there. The condo was quiet and very clean. The decor was beautiful and made it feel so beachy! Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

43. Just enjoyed the best vacation with old friends at this wonderful beachfront condo. The fully furnished place was clean, comfortable, and only a few steps from the ocean. Beach walking was the only activity we needed, although there were plenty things to do and see…Maybe next visit. Great price for first floor oceanfront.

44. Great house with large open areas. We loved all of big bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool table was loads of fun. Would def. stay here again. The property was awesome.

45. We hadn’t been to Myrtle Beach in quite a while and didn’t know exactly where we wanted to stay. A relative had used the ‘Home Away’ listings for a Florida vacation and was very happy with their options. We started looking for a place in North Myrtle Beach and found several choices. We choose the Cherry Grove Beach condo for several reasons, but most importantly, the reviews on line were so positive. When we opened the door, we saw the sun shining in the unit and the amazing view of the marsh. Can’t say enough about the comfortable beds. We were so lucky with the warm weather (we had just left behind 30″ of snow in Maryland). We walked the beach, ate out at the great restaurants and enjoyed the comfort of the unit. We were even able to find a restaurant we used many years ago (the Sea Captains House) and found it still had great food and a beach front view.

    Have to add how clean the entire complex is. The owners were very available, following us with us by e-mail and had left a great binder of information that helped with things like the internet sign on. In addition, they were so great to follow up on items we had overlooked in the bathroom. I don’t believe anyone would be disappointed with this unit!

47. I recently had the pleasure of a long weekend at one of the Myrtle Beach Villas, and I definitely would stay at this particular villa again. Villa 303B. I found it beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for the 6 adults and 7 children (ages 6 – 13) on board. The rooms were well insulated for sound and each had its own flatscreen and a very comfortable bed (or 2). While I was there, a property manager stopped by to make sure everything was up to our standards. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from just the right cooking gadgets to various sized wine glasses. There is also a lovely outdoor pool and lazy river easily accessible and heated in the offseason – Thank you to the owners who know just how to host a comfy and relaxing retreat. I can assure you, I’ll be back!

48. We were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of furnishings and space in this condo! It has new furniture, new feeling beds, new looking bedding. The kitchen is very spacious and well appointed with lots of details and well kitted out – and also has two fridges (needed with our 19 people!). Huge balconies upstairs and down really increased the space, too, with outdoor eating table for 6 that extends off the kitchen/den. Huge bedrooms with lots of large beds and flat screen TVs. Elevator so you can take all stuff up/down in one load for golf/beach/groceries was very convenient. Walkable to amusement park and boardwalk – great for exercise. Thoroughly enjoyed it and felt very high end.
    Small thing but also no key to pick up – they have the key pad, which was great.

49. We had a total blast during our stay at the Myrtle Beach Villas. This rental had everything we needed—plenty of room and privacy for several families sharing the rental, clean, comfortable and stylish rooms, great kitchen for large group cooking (it has TWO refrigerators and good variety of cooking pans, utensils etc.) great pool area with two Jacuzzis and a fun play area (my kids still talk about the “place with the cool pool and fountains”) and the beach is right across the street. We can’t wait to stay here again!

52. Everything about this house was great. The beach is in walking distance maybe 5 min away. Everyone was so nice I don’t think anyone can be any nicer than Teresa. Will be back for sure next year.

53. Bermuda Breeze Unit 15C was a great place for our family trip to the beach. It has large spacious bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. There are long decks on the front and back of the house and each bedroom has an entrance to one of the decks. The pool area is fenced in so you can enjoy the pool in privacy.

54. My husband and I had a wonderful vacation recently at this condo. We had a great time, the space was bright and clean and the view from the balcony was spectacular. I enjoyed most the sunsets and sunrises. The beach was located right across the street, wow. The shops and recreations were conveniently within walking distance and we took the opportunity to walk every day. We look forward to planning our next vacation at this beautiful location!!

55. I stayed in the villa for one week with two other girls. The place well exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. My favorite part of the villa is the wonderful porch that is perfect for relaxing and hanging out with friends after a nice day at the beach. The house comes equipped with everything you could need. The location is great. It is an easy drive to stores, restaurants, and the beach. My friends and I rented bikes while down there and road our bikes to the beach and really enjoyed this. Blair was more than helpful in every way, she was always there to answer questions and make sure we were having a great stay through email and phone calls. Very easy to work with. I will be coming back to stay and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a getaway at North Myrtle Beach!

56. Our family reunion was a grand success because of the location and especially the accommodations! Plenty of room for all 20. Easy access to the lovely beach and right next to the pool down stairs. The golf cart was a BIG hit with the kids and adults alike. It was wonderful being able to get around without having to move cars every time. The pool table was a lot of fun and that room became a central location for everyone to gather. Easy access to all kinds of entertainment for kids and adults alike.

    All in all we had a blast!

66. Myrtle Beach Villa II is by far and away one of the best Condo Complexes in Myrtle Beach. We have stayed there 3 times now and will not stay anywhere else when we come to Myrtle Beach.There are three to four families that come on our yearly beach trip and this condo complex serves all of our needs. It is centrally located so that once we arrive we can walk to just about everything. The units are clean and well cared for. And it is affordably priced.The people who manage the building are friendly and attentive to your needs. The check in time is 4pm and every year we have arrived between 12pm and 2pm. Because they are still cleaning the units, we are not able to get in, but they allow us to park our cars in the spaces under the building and give us access to the pool. When there is a problem with the unit, they are quick to resolve it. The first year the dryer in our unit broke down. When they were not able to fix it because they needed to order the part, they were apoligetic and discounted our stay for the inconvinence. As far as I was concerned, it was no ones fault that the dryer broke and only having to wait one day was no big deal. But they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.I would recommend this property to anyone who is going to Myrtle Beach. We have already booked our unit for next summer.

67. Great place, very clean and well maintained. Really short walk to the beach access directly across the street. The private pool was a luxury for the kids and is maintained by staff daily. Very large refridgerator and separate freezer, as well as a grocery store right around the corner made feeding the kids a breeze (all 7 of them). Even had room for the grandparents! Would definitely come back.

70. Rental ready exactly at 4pm and it was clean and fabulous! 6 adults and 6 kids with plenty of room to spare. The kids loved the pool and the fact that each had a tv in their bedroom! Amusement park just down the road and fun for all. Beach was close and divine! Mostly positives. Only negatives were ice makers in both fridges didn’t work and the maintenance crew took one out and said if they don’t work we yank them … gone! In one of the bedroom there were tiny tiny ants but we sprayed and saw no more. I think that is a hazard of beach life! We would definitely go again.

73. This home was ideal for our group of 16 golfers. Comfortable bedding for the entire group and plenty of space for all. The kitchen was well equipped to cook breakfasts and dinners. The outdoor charcoal grills also came in handy. All the mechanicals in the house worked properly and the unit was very clean. The sunsets on the back porches were fantastic along with the short walk to the beach. The nightly rate is also unbeatable for the quality of lodging. We will be return customers!

74. We are going to book year two at this condo 100%! The condo is large enough for my husband and I to bring all of our friends. The guys were able to get a killer golf deal with the owners, leaving the ladies to relax by the pool and beach. 🙂 This place is in a great location and its very clean and fun. Thanks!

The location is perfect, as it’s a short walk to the beach and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. It’s always very clean and nicely decorated. The pool is a great touch as well. 78. This condo has a great location with lots of room. There are four bedrooms with baths and a large kitchen and living room. The deck overlooks the large pool. You are across the street from the ocean and walking distance to places to eat. We will return to this property .

    This House (Unit C) is beautiful and spacious. We had 5 families in this house and had plenty of room for all of us. The common areas are open so we could all be together; while the bedrooms were very private. We had a blast a the private pool and played a lot of pool in the game room. The beach was beautiful and close.
    We look forward to going back in the next year or so.

We loved being so close to the beach and actually being able to see the beach from the property. This is a great property to host a large group in because the house is enormous! Grand Cayman Villa E is the most beautifully decorated vacation rental I've seen. Everything's new or upgraded (TVs, interior decor, pool table, swimming pool, putting green), tons of natural light, 50 yards to the beach, kids walked to beach every morning. Residential area with smaller houses and family friendly Cherry Grove Beach, 1 mile from grocery store. Had our best vacation ever here in 2016. Plan to return every year!

94. We just got back from spending a week at Myrtle Beach with four of our children, their spouses, and our three grandchildren. This was our first time to MB, as we usually do our beach vacations to California. We all loved it and had a great time! It’s a beautiful place and there’s plenty of things to do. The condo at Ocean Blue was perfect for us! It has a huge family room with a gorgeous view of the ocean, a large sectional and two easy chairs. There was plenty of comfortable seating and we never felt crowded. There’s also a living room if someone wants solo/quiet time. The kitchen was a dream with two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and all the appliances and dishes that you’d need, includeding a crockpot, waffle iron, and blender. Good-sized bedrooms and comfortable beds! And the beach was just out the back door, so the adults went for runs and walks while the grandkids played in the sand and everyone swam. The kids LOVED the pools (indoor and out) and lazy river. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub. There really wasn’t anything we could’ve wanted…. There’s a Costco, Target, and Walmart close by. John, the owner, was wonderful and quickly answered all of my husband’s questions via phone calls and texts. It really was a terrific place and one that we’d go back to! P.S. I swam the morning that we left and accidentally left my swimsuit in the shower to dry. When I realized it after we’d returned back to Utah, I called the cleaning company. The owner, Mike, said he’d check with his crew and call me back. He quickly sent me a text with a photo asking if it was my suit. When I confirmed it was, he said to text him my address and he’d send it to me. The next day, I received the tracking number for the package he’d sent. I offered to reimburse for the postage and he declined. So nice of him and such wonderful customer service!

95. I brought my cheerleading team to a nationals competition and we all stayed in this condo. There were 16 of us. The owner provided plenty of linens, towels, etc for our stay. The condo was very spacious and clean. It had a beautiful master bedroom/ bathroom. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating for up to 8 people. Another awesome feature was the kitchen! It had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers!!! It was a relaxing trip for us. After the cheer competition, we swam in the indoor pool, jumped in the hot tub, swam hot side in the outdoor pool, AND went to the beach. Lots of things to do at this condo!!!! If I ever come back to Myrtle Beach, I will book this condo again.

96. Nice building, facility, rooms, fast elevators, warm pools. Did not know check in was offsite….an unpleasant surprise after a long drive. Wifi barely there, mostly not. Unit needs it’s own dedicated solution, otherwise, don’t say it has wifi. Master bath had mold in hamper, tub and shower, and tub controls broken. Several drains way too slow. Called maintenance and a few days later, called again. Someone finally showed up. They couldn’t fix the tub controls. No one cleaned the mold.

It was definitely a benefit to have 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. It was also wonderful to have a washer and dryer inside the condo. The beach was not crowded. We loved that there was both an outdoor and indoor pool. The owner was quick to respond to any issues/questions and communicated easily with us. We would rent this condo again.

99. Our family reunion was a grand success because of the location and especially the accommodations! Plenty of room for all 20. Easy access to the lovely beach and right next to the pool down stairs. The golf cart was a BIG hit with the kids and adults alike. It was wonderful being able to get around without having to move cars every time. The pool table was a lot of fun and that room became a central location for everyone to gather. All of the walls are freshly painted and the décor really set a beachy tone, even in the middle of winter. The kitchen area was great for preparing large family meals and the game room kept us entertained. The beaches are very close and we are definitely thinking of renting again for a summer vacation.

125. This was by far the best family beach rental. I almost hate to leave a review for fear that the house won't be available the next time we travel to Myrtle Beach. The house was stylish, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a week long vacation. My family made celebratory meals in the kitchen using equipment that I have at home. We packed extra kitchen equipment that we never unpacked. In other rentals we were hard pressed to make anything more than frozen pizza and one pot meals. My children, ages ranging from 4 to 12, had plenty of space and entertainment options (billiards, television/videos, board games). The house even had a playpen and safety gates although we did not have need of them. Every member of my family felt that they had the best bedroom (for once no fighting or bitterness about room assignments). We will definitely be returning.

The location is convenient to everything, and Family Kingdom is really close. The only issue we had was with the wifi, its hard to get and stay connected. The kitchen was fully stocked so we were able to prepare meals for everyone. Grocery shopping is easy just go late at night. They are open 24 hours! When you do go out the Molly Darcy restaurant is footsteps away with outdoor seating overlooking the ocean. If you choose to drive Chucks Steak house is a destination must. Putt putt golf and ice cream are a great way to end the day. And don’t forget walks on the beach and family pics to wind up your week. Enjoy!

155. Great Place! My family & I decided to do something different this year & go on vacation for Thanksgiving weekend. We couldn’t have been happier with the villa. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. While there were pans in the villa we could have used more so we called the manager on call and she mentioned that it may be time to add some so she went to the mall and brought more and brought them to us! Everyone involved from the initial booking to bringing the extra pans was very helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. Thanks Guys!

It was very spacious, lovely condo in a terrific location with a great layout for groups/families, and amenities that our kids loved – the pools, beach, and lazy river were all a hit! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for multiple families. We really appreciated having two dishwashers and refrigerators for use as well as a washer/dryer. We also loved the keypad entry, which made for easy check-in/out and no need to bring keys to the pool/beach area. Excellent location, a few minutes from downtown and Broadway at the Beach. 158. Our group has rented this unit for 4 years and we are very pleased with this unit. The downstairs is very roomy and the views are great. The unit has always been clean when we arrived and any issues were fixed promptly by management. As with any rental unit, the kitchen utensils and appliances vary according to what happens with previous renters, but this has not been a problem.  We would definitely recommend this unit.

159. We booked our golf trip utilizing this house. We had 15 people stay in the house and the accommodations were great. The building is well insulated for sound. Our guys are pretty loud when having a good time, yet the noise could barely be heard the next floor up. It was very nice, clean, and maintained well. It was easy to get to and restaurants and golf courses within a short distance. Highly recommend it's use.

My family and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 35 years and I think we have FINALLY found the PERFECT vacationing home that suits our needs, our kids needs and accommodates our large family for a week. The house is spacious but yet cozy enough to gather for meals or card games. The rocking chairs and yard were where we spent most of our time in the evenings and nights. It was a FABULOUS vacation.

I would suggest baby gates at the stairs, but we found a rental company that was very easy to get them from. One of the best vacations we have had. Will definitely be back!

170. We have rented in North Myrtle for 25 years and this is one of the nicest units we have had the pleasure to stay in. It is very clean, as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and organized with quality cookwear and sharp knives. The kitchen is compact, but I was pleasantly surprised that it had a pantry to easily store groceries for for 10 people. The beach closet had a very nice umbrella and about 6 beach chairs along with some toys for the kids – also a pleasant surpirse. Our stay was peak season, so the beach was very crouded which I suppose is a downside of staying in a large highrise. I was impressed that there were 3 elevators which did a great job keeping up with the demand of a full house…I've stayed at others that it was a long wait to get up and down. I would definitely recommend this rental. We had a great stay.

172. My husband and I vacationed here in the month of January. The accommodations were nicely decorated, bright, comfortable, clean and affordable. The location could not be better, right on the golf course. In addition to golfing, pool, jacuzzi and restaurants were right on the premises. Minutes away from one of the best beaches in NC, Sunset Beach. If you’re looking for serenity and/or a slice of heaven this is it. We will definitely be coming back.

174. We recently stayed at A Short Hop and had a really good time. It can accommodate a small group or a large group. The living area and kitchen are spacious and have all the equipment – just like home! The bathrooms are clean and the showers have good water pressure. The location is perfect….very close to the beach, in a nice neighborhood, and close to restaurants and shopping. The deck is huge with plenty of outdoor furniture and picnic tables. We would definitely stay there again – it was a wonderful vacation!

Amenities were close by, clean and great for all ages in our group. Sunset walks on the beach were a highlight. Easy to rent bikes. 179. Love this place! If you are looking for a spacious, clean, comfortable rental near the beach, this is it. We had a great stay with another family. The two levels were great for multi-generations to spread out when needed. The teens would hang out in upstairs playroom while adults were downstairs. Enjoyed the two big refrigerators for stocking food and drinks for us, and the two big tables, seating us all. The building is in a quiet residential area, but we could quickly get to stores/shopping when needed. We are already planning a return visit.

189. The home is in an excellent location on a stretch of beach only occupied by houses. The Beach was virtually empty during our stay and it's a very short easy walk from the house. The house itself had everything we needed for our stay even some beach chairs and toys (may change as other guests come and go). The beds were comfortable and there are TVs in every room and good wifi connection throughout. The huge deck has multiple chairs for lounging in the sun or eating lunch. We've already booked a return trip in June. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!

We would stay again!

197. This place is like being on a big ocean liner. When you're on the deck, you look out and see the ocean, and it is so calming. The house is large enough that a big extended family can stay there, or several young families can share it for a fun vacation time together with friends as we used to do when our children were young. 198. This condo was awesome! I live in the Raleigh, NC area and the drive was only about 3.5 hours. The view of the beach is a great way to end the night or start the day. There is plenty of space: great for a large family or a few families to rent together. Everyone has their own space and bedrooms have an attached or nearby bathroom. Parents and kids can spread out so that everyone has a great, relaxing stay. The beach is right across the street so we didn't have to lug our stuff too far! There's also a pool on the bottom level of the complex if you prefer. Covered packing spaces are available under the building as well. Safe, beautiful location that offers the close distance to activities in south myrtle but located in a quiet, oasis from the city. Great place for families or those who want a more relaxing stay than in south myrtle. Condo was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Furniture seemed new and well maintained. I would definitely return here the next time I'm in Myrtle Beach!!

The facility was nice but the other villa was run down, had barely any furniture, damaged walls etc. We were looking on line and saw this property and decided to give the complex another shot. Glad we did! This property was well maintained, nice furniture, games, electronics and a great table for Thanksgiving dinner. If you’re thinking of staying at the villas, don’t just pick the cheapest – we’d definitely recommend this property over the other we tried.

It's location on the beach is perfect – close enough to touristy stuff if you want it, but removed from it sufficiently if you don't. My kids not only enjoyed the heated indoor pool, but also had fun doing the Polar Bear Plunge knowing that the warmth of the pool was waiting for them! 215. We recently spent a week in this beautiful ocean front condominium with some of our family. We had a spectacular time and the condominium is beautiful. We were all very comfortable here. The bedrooms are perfect and the condominium is furnished so nice and adequate, and very, very clean. It is located in such a good area. So close to most attractions and restaurants. 216. This villa was perfect! Plenty of room and bathrooms as we had 18 people all together. It was clean and laid out perfectly. We had one issue with dining room chairs being wabbly but with one call a maintance tech came fixed them with in an hour. We had the perfect view of the ocean. There was plenty of silverware, cooking ware, dishes, towels-you name it, it was there. I can't brag enough about this place. I recommend it to anyone. You won't be disappointed. And the cost was very reasonable.

229. This rental was perfect for our multi-family vacation. I have always wanted to plan a vacation with friends, but I worried about how comfortable we would be under one roof. With 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, we had plenty of personal space! We also had plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company. The large kitchen, game room, family room, and balcony provided all the space we needed. There are several villas at the Grand Cayman property. I don’t know what the others look like, but Villa E is meticulously kept. The decorations are beautiful. My group felt like we were staying at a beach resort. Our group had 8 children of various ages. Our easy access to the beach was priceless. One kid has to go to the bathroom? No problem. Be back in five minutes! There is a great IGA down the street for groceries and other needs. If you are economizing and want other grocery options, there are plenty to choose from in the area. The kitchen has two refrigerators, which made it easy for us to tell the kids, "This fridge has food you can eat. The other fridge has ingredients we need for planned meals." I brought a few items from home to help with our cooking plans, but the kitchen was very well stocked. Next time I will pack less. One thing you need to keep in mind: This property is located in NORTH Myrtle Beach, not Myrtle Beach. When you enter the address into your GPS, or estimate distance from the airport, or simply look for a pizza delivery, be sure you are using a NORTH Myrtle Beach search term. Our families are eagerly awaiting a return to Villa C and North Myrtle Beach. The kids didn’t want to leave and wished we could all just live there together!

231. The property was very spacious and accommodated 3 families. We were comfortable and relaxed, never getting in each other’s way! It was really a home away from home with the big kitchen, the cozy bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and the living area. My children, niece’s and nephew’s had a great time at the lazy river and hot tub. Just about everything we wanted was within walking distance. The only thing I can gripe about is I wish the parking was better. We had trucks and SUV’s and it was a bit tight in the garage, but we did do a lot if walking. Also the dryer was a bit loud. I actually thought something was wrong with it, but keeping the doors closed to the laundry area pretty much contained it and it dried the clothes..so it got the job done! Overall a great place, wonderful trip.

235. We went for a family get together, including 5 fourteen year olds, 1 twelve and 1 8yr old. Needless to say we wondered if it would work. Well this house was the "bomb." The kids didn’t want to go anywhere, just stay in the pool, the hot tub, the game room, play basketball, go on bike rides, or play cornhole. Gwen and Rob were just amazing, doing everything and anything we needed. The joke became trying to find something the kitchen or house did not have; we never found anything! I can’t wait to make a return trip!

237. The property has excellent location for walking to the beach, amusement park, parasailing, and shops. The 4 bedrooms worked well for our family of 9. One of the couches was broken, so we called maintenance. They were very prompt and nice to work with. They tried repairing the couch, but it didn’t last. The couch needs to be replaced. The beds are very firm and the bedbug covers make them somewhat noisy. One of the queen beds had most of the bed frame slats broken, so the apartment does get abuse. We did use the pool area several times and were surprised that it wasn’t more crowded. If you want to swim laps, this is not the place for you, but if you enjoy the lazy river arrangement or just want to soak up some sun, this works. We did try using the outdoor charcoal grill, but it was always in use by others. There is very limited outdoor space at this complex. There were kids in the apartment above, and the sound of running and jumping is very loud. Fortunately, they went to bed before us so sleeping was not a problem. There were plenty of cooking utensils, pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, cups, etc. There was a 4 slot toaster, although 2 didn’t work. There were two electric coffee pots, but the one was way too dirty to use. As someone else mentioned, the floor trim boards are not all that clean, but everything else seemed to be clean. The dryer didn’t work all that great, but it was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit and they got a lot of use. We had four vehicles in our group. The property provides places for three, and we had no problem finding covered spots for the three cars. We obtained a city pass for the fourth car and was able to park very close to the property the entire stay. I would recommend this property to others and would stay there again. For the price, it was a decent deal.

238. My family and I have been staying here for 4 years now and again this year. We love the location and the size of the house. We have appro 20 people every year and there is plenty of room. The service is great if you ever have any issues and is taken care of promptly. The walk to the beach is minor and it is very quiet there. My thumbs up to this beach house.

The description of property says ocean front beach view, while technically I guess this is true we were disappointed to find out that the unit is located behind the main unit facing the beach so the view of the beach from this unit is from the side of the building. I thought I was paying for a front unobstructed view of the beach. Secondly when we arrived the house was not as clean as what I have been used to using VRBO. For example, there was a bath towel with cheesy smears on it, we saw 3 very large roaches, one in the kitchen and 2 in the bathrooms. In addition, one of the 2 refrigerators was not working. Here is the good news, while I was very disappointed in the 1st 24 hours after arrival once I notified the management team of the issues they wasted no time correcting the issues. Within a few days we had a new fridge which was ok because this unit had 2 so we just used the one until then. Management immediately brought us a new batch of towels and they also called an exterminator out asap. So, all in all I am very satisfied, and I am confident this owner and management team will work hard to make your stay enjoyable even when issues occur. Things are not always perfect but it's how they are handled that is most important and the owner and management responded to my satisfaction under the circumstances.

248. Best family vacation yet. This was our first vacation with our entire family in a a couple of years. There are 17 of us with all the kids. It is very difficult to find a place large enough for us to all stay together. The condo was perfect. There was plenty of room for us all to stay comfortably. The condo was very clean. I was so glad to have the laundry room. It was nice to be able to wash our clothes and not have to return home with a mountain of dirty laundry. The guys in our family loved the game room. They enjoyed playing pool & the kids loved the foosball table as well as the xbox & PlayStation. We loved the huge dining table. It is by far the largest table I have ever seen. It was so nice to be able to eat with everyone at the same table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had the best time & we will definitely stay again. Thank you so much!

We had everything we needed. The condo was overall clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed watching the parasailing and banana boat riders. I don’t believe any of us used the pool or lazy river, which I would say are just average. We would definitely recommend this condo to fellow travelers if you need a roomier place on the beach. Recommendations: The nearby Mr. G’s has generous servings of yummy ice cream. We would recommend the Pirate’s Voyage if you get out that way (not cheap – $50/person for dinner and show), as well as the Market Commons (PF Chang’s was so good!). Broadway at the Beach is also a favorite place to visit. Part of our group went to the all-you-can-eat seafood buffet at Capt. Bennetts Calabash Seafood Restaurant and gave it a big "thumbs up"! This was our 5th trip to Myrtle Beach and there is never a lack of places to eat or sights to see. Thank you, Hollie, for being so gracious. We had a great time!

There is a hot tub on site and good kiddie pool area . The view is absolutely perfect, and we spend a lot of time out on the huge balcony. The beach was so fun and relaxing.

267. Huge condo, right on the beach! So easy to go back and forth during the day. Beautiful sunrise each morning. Our party included 6 couples and we had plenty of room. Each room has its own TV. Three of the bedrooms have their own bath. We enjoyed cooking and feasting in the large kitchen, having two refrigerators was really helpful! Walk or ride bikes to Ducks and Fat Harold’s. All of my friends loved it and we want to go back every year!

272. Our church group of 27 youth members and 10 adults rented this great property for our annual retreat last year and I am just getting around to posting this review. Sorry! We are going to use this property again this year, so it reminded me that I needed to send in a review. First, the property is PERFECT for a co-ed group because the doors to the two sides are able to be open during the day and locked at night. Our17 boys and 20 girls felt very safe during the entire trip, and as adults, we were able to monitor their every move, which was the most important part to us. The property is made for groups such as ours since it offers not only this separation, but also a way to have group prayer meetings and other group events in the large room. We had very good access to the beach, which the young people appreciated as much as we did. The kitchen was more than adequate for us to prepare meals for the week, and we even saved enough so that we went out to eat a couple of times in smaller groups. I recommend this property to ALL church and other large groups that need separation during the nights and the ability to easily house the entire group in one property. We have tried other rentals, but this one is the only one that let us easily manage the entire group with no stress so that the adults enjoyed the trip as much as the youth group. We are taking it again this year, and will reserve for the future as well. I strongly recommend that you select this excellent property for any large group.

273. We enjoyed our week at the beach very much, We have stayed at this complex before but in a different unit. That is one of the biggest reasons we came back. This week was very quiet, peaceful and so relaxing. The unit was very clean the rental process very effecient.  The unit is beautifully decorated and otherwise very nice. It just needs some updating with the furniture. I am sure it is hard to keep furniture in good condition when renting a unit all the time. The owner was very nice and easy to work with and I would recommend her.

276. The property was very spacious and accommodated 3 families. We were comfortable and relaxed, never getting in each other’s way! It was really a home away from home with the big kitchen, the cozy bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and the living area. My children, niece’s and nephew’s had a great time at the lazy river and hot tub. Just about everything we wanted was within walking distance. The only thing I can gripe about is I wish the parking was better. We had trucks and SUV’s and it was a bit tight in the garage, but we did do a lot if walking. Also the dryer was a bit loud. I actually thought something was wrong with it, but keeping the doors closed to the laundry area pretty much contained it and it dried the clothes..so it got the job done! Overall a great place, wonderful trip.

277. My family rented this condo for our trip and immediately fell in love with it upon arrival!! Beautifully kept, fabulous views, and a wonderful location! We had 5 adults one of those who is in a wheelchair and they had NO trouble maneuvering around the condo and we also had 2 children who absolutely loved it as well. We were so pleased with this place and would recommend it to people in a heartbeat! The location is ideal and the views are so spectacular that we found most of our time being spent out on the balcony! Hollie was a true joy to work with! Communication was such a breeze. 282. This is a perfect location for family reunions or any large gatherings. This house is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is a spacious house that is very airy, with lots of room for visiting with friends and family. It has a relaxing cozy atmosphere and lots of privacy in the 8 private bedrooms. The convenience to the oceanfront is just superb, a very short walking distance to the ocean. There is a picnic area, and can fit lots of cars – at one point we had 9 or 10 cars there. The morning sun and afternoon shade are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the private pool area – it was so refreshing – so that you can enjoy the pool anytime of the day! The convenience of the private balconies off of each floor was great to view the ocean and surrounding area while sipping on my morning coffee. If you like to cook, it has a gourmet kitchen with everything you would need to make that special meal for friends and family. I will never have to search online again for another beach property because I have found the perfect location! 5 STARS from this PICKY GRANDMA!

283. My family and I were looking for a place to have our 5 year family re-union with kids and grandchildren that would accomodate all of us. There are 24 altogether. This was a special year as my husband passed away 1 year ago unexpectedly. He and I had talked about where we were going to go and decided we would go to Myrtle Beach. The more I thought about the more I know I had to follow thru with this vacation. After seeing this property on line I sent all the info to everyone and everyone agreed it was perfect. This property was perfect and after arriving and seeing it in person, everyone was ecstatic!! Everyone had their on space, enough room to get away and be alone or enjoy all the amenities the house had to offer, from the corn hole game on one of the decks to the game room on the second floor or the beautiful view on the top deck. The beach is right across the street. Plenty of beach chairs to take care of everyone. All the little ones had plenty of buckets and shovels to build sandcastles. Bogey boards to surf the fun waves. The pool was fantastic after being at the beach and the indoor swim spa was really appreciated by all. The commercial ice maker was a big hit with everyone. Having so many people, we made most of our meals at the house. Fantastic kitchen, beautiful grill. The owner’s are wonderful people. Took the guys fishing and took the ladies and little ones shelling. Always there to help if you need it. Thank you for a wonderful vacation in your beautiful house. We have lots of wonderful memories. I would go back to this property, it was perfect!!!!!!!!!

It is perfect for a large family with people who want to golf, go shopping or spend a day at the beach. 285. Wanted to let others know that we really enjoyed our stay at Myrtle Beach Villas II unit#305 A. The reservations went smoothly and we got right into our unit. The unit looked exactly like the pictures, so there were no surprises. The unit was very clean, it was big and very comfortable. The unit was near several nice restaurants and bars, in fact a new sports bar opened up right down the street which was in walking distance and we were able to watch our favorite college team play. We also had a great Italian meal by just walking right down the street. There was plenty of parking and plenty of room in the condo for all of us to have our own privacy when we wanted it. Thanks for the great trip!!

286. My Wife and I selected this property for our Honeymoon getaway and it could not have been more perfect! The condo is beautifully maintained and was clean and in pristine condition upon our arrival. We were amazed by the amount of space the condo offers, the large kitchen and living room area made for plenty of space to prepare a home cooked dinner and relax. The Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi tubs is the bathrooms! The pool at the condo was nice as well but the location to the beach can not be beat. Just steps away across the street and we were right at home on the beautiful sandy shore, excellent beach front space, warm water, soft sand, it was one of the best beaches we have ever been to. And in the evening, back at the condo, we could keep the feel of the ocean with us relaxing outside on either of the 2 balconies, with perfect views of the shoreline and the sound of the ocean waves washing ashore all night made for soothing nighttime relaxation. The location was great for us, close to restaurants and shopping centers, we found everything we needed fairly close by. But it is just far enough away from the busy downtown "tourist" area of Myrtle Beach, that it makes for a more relaxing stay. We went to the Ripley’s aquarium in Myrtle beach, and it was easy to get to and a fun place to see. We also found plenty of good restaurants around that area. We planned on getting out to do some more of the tourist-y things the area has to offer but we found ourselves enjoying the condo and beach area around the condo so much that we spent the majority of the week close by on the beach, in the water or cooking food in the kitchen. It was just fantastic, next time we will bring the whole family as there is plenty of space for everyone, and the whole family would absolutely enjoy this space!

288. This was a wonderful place for our family of 22 to spend our vacation! There is so much to do at the house, pool , game room, deck with corn hole, amazing rooftop for sunbathing/observing. You could stay at the house all week and have a blast. The beach is a very short walk across the street, and we found tons of shark teeth & beautiful shells. The owners were what puts this rental above any other place we have ever stayed. Their hospitality was incredible. Rob took the men fishing one day, and he & his wife both took our crew out shelling on Hog Island. Such nice people! They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. 290. Visited the beach with three other couples over the Labor Day weekend. The whole process was easy start to finish with great communication with the owner, plenty of feedback so we always knew where we were, and, great folks at the beach. We had to call once for a bad pool pass that was quickly replaced. Property was great, just like the pictures, clean and modern. Centrally located with plenty to do. It was bike weekend so there were lots of motorcycles. We basically hung out at the beach and watched the biker shenanigans. Endless hours of amusement! Excellent property, we’ll be back and might even come during bike week again.

295. 12 of us stayed in this condo for a girls weekend! It was PERFECT. The location, amenities, design was exactly what we wanted. There was plenty of room for everyone to have private space, and room for us all to get together in the two dens. Everyone has continued to rave to me about how perfect the place was. Talking with the owners was a breeze. They were helpful and quick to respond with any of my questions. The parking provided with the unit was wonderful, we all came from different areas so we had a bunch of cars, they were quick to offer other options for the overflow. There was plenty of metered parking right near by! All in all it was a wonderful experience from start to end. We would absolutely book again in the future! Thanks for everything!

The condo was very clean, a/c was excellent, the washer and dryer in the unit was very nice to have. If I was going back to Myrtle Beach I would definitely rent this unit again.

Seating for meals is very adequate. Open floor plan in kitchen, den, large recreation room on first floor makes for an enjoyable social setting. Also, patio off kitchen a bathroom off recreation room make it easy to stay involved with others. The location is great for walking across the street to the beach. Grocery store is a short walk. Also very close to fishing pier. Great for being outdoors, shelling, swimming, sun and things to do. Nearby restaurants and shopping. Washer and dryer helpful for not over packing for the trip.

300. The unit was exactly what we expected. The pictures and site describe this facility perfectly. Our biggest concern was parking, however, there was plenty of street parking available, and we no trouble parking both at MBV and nearby. The kids enjoyed the lazy river pool and fun zone, and the two jacuzzi’s gave everyone plenty of space. Beach access was right across the street, making it convenient to see the fireworks. There was nearby shopping: Piggly Wiggly, Food Lion, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree. We went to both Tanger outlets, the nearby mall, and Costco. The travel time to all the attractions was less than 30 minutes: Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, and the Hollywood Wax Museum. MBV is a great spot: away from the busy end of the boardwalk and away form the older economy motels. We had total of 14 members in our family and with one twin inflatable mattress (brought by us) we all slept comfortably. My only concern for MBV is the outdoor grill. There is only one, so I recommend bringing a small charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. The kitchen was clean on arrival and all of the appliances worked without issue. I would definitely return to MBV if we vacation in Myrtle Beach in the future.

Located conveniently where the hotels end and houses start, it’s the best of both worlds – close enough to Myrtle Beach without that crowded feel. All of the walls are freshly painted and the décor really set a beachy tone, even in the middle of winter. The kitchen area was great for preparing large family meals and the game room kept us entertained. The beaches are very close and we are definitely thinking of renting again for a summer vacation.

The home is roomy while being homey too, kitchen is well furnished even for a family of "foodies". The owners bent over backward to accommodate a special request, they were quick to communicate with us and were so friendly and made this first time trip to Myrtle Beach a great one. We would highly recommend this location/owner wholeheartedly!!!

315. My best friends from high school & I go on a girls trip to Myrtle Beach every year. We have stayed several different places over the years and I must say this is one of the best. We have stayed as far North as North Myrtle Beach and as far South as Garden City. I love how centrally located we were in this particular condo. We didn’t have to drive very far to restaurants and shopping so we had more time to spend all together in the condo. We love getting together and staying up all night talking. This condo was perfect. We all sat around the table talking, laughing, and playing games all weekend. The wii was great too. One of my friends brought wii dance and we had a blast laughing at each others dance moves. This place gets my vote for next years trip.

316. Recently, eight friends from college met at the Grand Cayman Villas for a week of catching up. The accommodations were perfect with eight beautiful bedrooms and seven baths. We had easy beach access for walking and biking on the beach; we enjoyed great sunsets and beautiful views over the marsh from our 3 decks; we were in close proximity to great restaurants; we had room for card games, reminiscing, watching TV, and enjoying lots of stories and laughter. What a great condo and what a great week with friends!

The outdoor charcoal grills also came in handy. All the mechanicals in the house worked properly and the unit was very clean. 325. Great property! We booked this condo and the one next door which are the closest to the beach in the whole building. There were 30 of us staying in the two condos and we had plenty of space. Some other family members stayed in another property but liked this one better so spent most of their time with us. Great staff too, we had a blender break and a new one appeared next day. We are actually thinking of renting three villas next year in this building so the others can stay here too. Geat value. Great location.

Outdoor pool and an indoor swim spa/jacuzzi with seating for at least eight. Game room on second floor and media room on third floor. Fourth floor/roof top deck has spectacular view of the ocean to the east and Intracoastal Waterway and marshes to the west. Bedrooms are great. All have dressing rooms with private baths. 332. The property was exactly as described–lovely as well as very clean and well-maintained. The six bedrooms perfectly fit our group of 11 women. Its location was central to most everything in Myrtle Beach. In the mornings we would walk across the street to the beach and walk to the boardwalk and beyond. There are many restaurants on the way to get a bite to eat or a drink, and many shops to browse. We also enjoyed Murrells Inlet and our day trip to Wilmington, NC–about an hour and a half drive. Our favorite restaurants were Wicked Tuna in Murrells Inlet, and Sea Captain and King Street Grille in Myrtle Beach. We would definitely recommend this property for a large group of friends and/or family. 

335. This condo was perfect! This was our first family vacation with our 1 and 3 year old boys. The view was amazing and it was not crowded at all…and we went in June! Plenty of parking, chairs at the pool and beach space. We even left our beach umbrella for the next family to enjoy. We hope to go back and we will definately want to stay at this condo. It is clean, comfortable, you feel like you are at home!

The new owners really went the extra mile when they renovated this place. It was very clean, modern, Large TV’s, and right on the beach. We could even walk to restaurants and shopping. 344. I want to say thank you John! This was everything you promised and then some. We were in town for a college reunion and there was plenty of space for all of us not to be on top of each other. Having a seperate living room space upstairs was perfect. The place was cleen and everything was in working order. We had everything we needed to cook a great steak and shrimp dinner just as if we were at one of our own homes. Plus we were close to many attractions and activities. Trust me everything you need is a 6-10 minute cab ride away. The next time I plan a trip like this I will be requesting this unit again.

351. We stayed in this condo for our annual girls getaway and it was fabulous! The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated. Loved that it was an end unit as all the bedrooms had windows! The kitchen had just about every piece of equipment you could possibly imagine needing. We cooked most of our meals there and needed nothing. We were also thrilled with having a washer and dryer in the unit. We discovered a little convenience store down the street within walking distance which was nice. Molly Darcy’s (bar/restaurant) is next door and we had a lot of fun there! Lots of shopping close by and plenty of activities for all ages. We ended up with a flat tire on our second day and the maintenance guy on duty had equipment to blow the tire up and made recommendations for where to go to have it repaired. He was a huge help! This place was wonderful and we look forward to going back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thank you Bo!

352. This condo was more than we expected! It was better than even pictured. Everything was clean and well decorated with plenty of room. We were there with 4 adults and 3 children. We had a nice view, the beach wasn’t too crowded. Stores and places to eat were close. We were more than happy with this rental. The only problem we had was the elevator in the parking garage wasn’t working properly one day. We definitely would rent this condo again. We enjoyed the beach , the swimming pool, the lazy river. We were able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. My son and his wife went parasailing(which was right by the condo). We enjoyed fireworks and shopping at Broadway on the Beach. We also enjoyed Alligator Adventure at Barefoot Landing and shopping. The kids also enjoyed having their pictures made with a tiger and chimp and monkey at T.I.G.E.R.S/Preservation Station. Wonderful vacation with plenty of places to eat and things to do for everyone. The property manager was really nice and answered any questions I had.

354. We visited Myrtle Beach for our annual tournament. Normally we stay in hotels but our group keeps getting bigger and bigger. We found the Sky Blue condo 2 miles from the Convention center so decided to try renting a villa, it’s like a town house, instead of renting hotel rooms so we could all be together. Great decision, even though we were hardy there, very nice and super convenient.

355. We have spent last three winters in this unit. Never get tired of beautiful views. If any challenges arise the owner is very prompt in addressing. Recent updates have made unit even nicer. We will return again this winter.

356. Our family stayed at this villa for Thanksgiving and had a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was an oven, stove top and micro wave for cooking. We had dinner on the huge table. We really enjoyed the stay. The property was clean and tidy and we are already making plans to come back next year.

357. Had a wonderful clean 4 bedroom condo. Everyone had plenty of space, great kitchen large dining room table, tv in every bedroom. I would suggest that in winter months they provide blankets for all the beds, a Tv listing of all the local channels. The weather was not really good, but we still found plenty to do in Myrtle Beach. w Would stay there again.

358. I went with an extremely large group (17), and the condo was able to fit us all very comfortably. The maintenance and grounds of the building were in excellent condition, and the pool was a nice addition. The condo is in an excellent location, walking distance to basically everything you need. The condo comes extremely stocked: all types of dishes, towels, and clean bedding. The reservation and booking process was simple, and Andy was very easy to work with. We had a great time!

359. This was our first trip to North Myrtle and this condo. To say the least it was fantastic. we had a family of seven with more than enough space. The condo was absolutely awesome, very clean and decorated nicely. All appliances and Kitchen ware were great. There is no doubt we will be back to this rental!! 

360. We decided to spend our annual family Vacation in Myrtle Beach. We had a wonderful experience from the booking thru the actual stay. The owner was very easy and helpful in giving us all of the info we needed for our stay. Being That January isn’t ideal beach weather I was happy with all of the indoor activities for my grandchildren, the Xbox, Playstation , foosball table and pool table were a hit. TVs in every room kept the kids from arguing as well. The condo was clean when we arrived and the property manager was extremely helpful and she was more then willing to share the best places to eat and entertain our family . There were a lot of activities available even though we vacationed during the winter. The space inside the condo was amazing, beautiful decor and very spacious. My husband and I were able to have all of our children and grandchildren under one roof without feeling cramped. Overall an absolutely amazing stay. I will definitely be booking the villas again in the future.

361. We wanted to find a place that accommodated our entire family in one area. The condo was very clean and spacious. The condo is great for families that have members with limited mobility. The kitchen was well equipped with kitchen items and had plenty of space for our family to gather for sit down meals. The location was PERFECT, the entire family took a stroll to the beach which had public access across the street. The condo location had easy access to most attractions which were in walking distance for our younger family members who enjoyed food and entertainment Most of ALL, our contact person was very professional and assisted our family with any questions and concerns that arose before and during the stay. We highly recommend this condo to our family and friends who will visit the Grand Strand area.

364. A very spacious villa for all 11 people. Seven adults and 4 children. Beds were a little hard and would have liked to have had a few more towels in the bathroom as I didn’t want to spend my days washing clothes I was after all on vacation. Very close walk to the beach and mini mart. If you are going away with children this is the place to stay. The pool was loads of fun with the fountains and the 3′ foot pool that had a lazy river feel too it was very nice. Would have liked a restroom downstairs to take the children to as to avoid schlepping upstairs in wet suits . The outside grills need to be upgraded and in an area that’s covered so when it rains you and dinner aren’t soaked! Villa had everything you needed for cooking assuming you planned to cook on vacation, which for a large group that we were was a must. Televisions in every room although one of the DVD players didn’t work, not a major let down as we weren’t there to watch television . A good time was had by all. Would consider returning here if I have children with me.

Even though we had a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone, it could use some updating, little paint and tightening of screws on some door handles but no worse than on a well-lived in house.

Beds and furnishings were great and the storage closet had many toys, chairs, and the ever so popular boogie boards to use. Crescent Shores is a great building as we’ve stayed here for the last couple years.We would definitely rent this unit again. 372. Never having been to MB before, I had no idea how to pick a good location – this condo was perfect. We went with another family – 4 adults, 7 kids – space was perfect. Not on the beach, but close enough for bathroom access (very important!) Not on the strip, so not bothered by noise/traffic and/or nightlife. But close enough to walk with little kids to everything we wanted! 2 ideas on items to pack – kites (hours of entertainment on the beach) and I brought my collapsible wagon – made everything easier! Loved the simplicity, cleanliness, and space that this condo provided. We will definitely be back again someday!

392. This was our third year in a row at a condo in Myrtle Beach. This condo was easily the nicest one yet! The bigger balcony was a favorite. The condo itself just felt fancier than the others we’ve tried. We’ll definitely be back!

393. The unit was exactly what we expected. The pictures and site describe this facility perfectly. Our biggest concern was parking, however, there was plenty of street parking available, and we no trouble parking both at MBV and nearby. The kids enjoyed the lazy river pool and fun zone, and the two jacuzzi’s gave everyone plenty of space. Beach access was right across the street, making it convenient to see the fireworks. There was nearby shopping: Piggly Wiggly, Food Lion, Big Lots, and Dollar Tree. We went to both Tanger outlets, the nearby mall, and Costco. The travel time to all the attractions was less than 30 minutes: Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, and the Hollywood Wax Museum. MBV is a great spot: away from the busy end of the boardwalk and away form the older economy motels. We had total of 14 members in our family and with one twin inflatable mattress (brought by us) we all slept comfortably. My only concern for MBV is the outdoor grill. There is only one, so I recommend bringing a small charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. The kitchen was clean on arrival and all of the appliances worked without issue. I would definitely return to MBV if we vacation in Myrtle Beach in the future.

394. This is a great place to stay it is spacious with 6 bedrooms 2 downstairs and 4 up with 2 master’s. This is a place good for families to get together. Nice pool table and XBox 360 with a few games. 2 frig/freezers. Loaded kitchen. Only thing is make sure you bring a few trash bags and some laundry detergent. If you forget no worries walmart only 3-4 miles away. The beach is just across the road with public access. Overall I recommend this place for families, and groups of 6 – 12 adults/Kids can fit more but it’s up to you.

395. Spacious and comfortable clean condo that is in close proximity to everything in North Myrtle beach. We have stayed here multiple times and have referred many family members and friends who have enjoyed this large condo as well. We plan on returning soon!

396. Our extended family has spent over 20 summers at Munna’s house, and honestly, I can’t imagine a summer without this wonderful home. It feels like we have all grown up here. We’ve watched our parents grow older, all of our children grow up, and now even our own grandchildren joining in the fun and fellowship. These walls could relate a good bit of our family’s history and all the love that has been shared. This is truly what a home should be. It is comfortable and spacious with plenty of areas to sneak away for an afternoon nap, curl up with a book, or join your cousins for some gaming or a movie. The beach is just steps away with an outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy bodies for trooping inside for lunch or dinner. The kitchen and great room are perfect for a big family with plenty of tableware and a nice icemaker for keeping that sweet tea just cool enough…and a lot of room to spread out. The porch is filled with comfy chairs and rockers for sunbathing or sitting under the awning and just watching the ocean or chatting for hours on end. The elevator makes it easy to unload all the gear, the food boxes, the toys, the suitcases, and the babies…and it certainly makes life easier for the older folks, too. WalMart and the grocery stores are close by, and the house is also convenient to the connector leading to Broadway at the Beach, the mall, and a multitude of other sources of entertainment. Honestly, I hope that summers at Munna’s go on and on forever, because I want my children and grandchildren to continue this beautiful tradition.

398. LOCATION – chose this villa because it is literally across the street from the beach access which was great for shuttling between the beach and villa with babies/toddlers. LOCATION – it is also just a few blocks from Family Kingdom which the kids of all ages enjoyed. LOCATION – didn’t realize this until we got there, but this balcony directly overlooks the kid area of the pool. We literally watched our kids play in the splash park while relaxing in the rocking chairs. Such a nice perk!

399. The condo was in excellent shape and was very suitable for our needs. We had all the kitchenware necessary to cook every meal. The pool was awesome and so were the jacuzzis. Situated by the beach and close from the boardwalk, it is ideally situated. Would recommend to anyone, either for golf or for family vacation in the summer!

400. We rented this condo the week of may 10th to the 17th. There was 4 adult couples and we were very comfy, lots of room, ocean view from three bedrooms, great views,lots to do and great weather. thanks again, Mike brantford on can.

401. Great condo with plenty of room. Pictures are accurate and condo was just as described. Very Clean! WE loved having the kitchen to cook in and the large bedrooms were great. The hot tubs and pool area were lots of fun. We decided that we will have to come back during the summer so we can use the lazy river. Loved your condo, would highly recommend it to anyone.

402. 8 guys weekend golfing. New pool table, foosball, furniture, flat screen TV’s. We all had our own beds – very clean and excellent service from the owner who is out of town and the local folks that look after the villa. Central to restaurants and decent golf courses in central and south Myrtle Beach. Very nice weekend – thanks!

403. What a fabulous place to get away before school starts back. Our children and grandchildren love the beach. This condo was perfect with plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together. The kids really enjoyed to pool here too.

404. Stayed here last year and was very impressed. The condo was huge and had a balcony with great views of the beach and ocean. It was very clean and well decorated. The condo was equipped with everything you could need. There was a path to the beach right across the street from the condo complex and it was well situated near restaurants and shopping and the Cherry Grove pier. I would definitely recommend this condo for any large groups or families looking to stay in the Cherry Grove area!

405. I stayed at this lovely condo with a group of 9 women. Everything about it was wonderful! Everything was neat & clean. Location was wonderful. Owner was helpful as well. Well stay here again!

406. Property was beautifully furnished and fully equipped to hold a large group. Clean and bright… luxuriously appointed and so relaxing; just a wonderful place to vacation. We are looking forward to returning in the near future. A great added bonus is the location; very convenient to many activities and restaurants. Close to perfect! 🙂

407. Our family was very impressed with this condo and would recommend it to our family and friends. The floor plan was perfect for our family, with (3) bedrooms and (3) baths everyone was able to have their individual space, which is hard to find in a beach rental. The rooms are decorated nice and everything is up to date and modern, yet very cozy. The access to the deck, which faced the ocean was perfect with two entrances from the bedroom and sitting area (living room). The location was very convenient to dining and only minutes away from Broadway on the Beach, miniature golf courses and even a small amusement park. We have stayed in many hotels and condos. but must say this is one we would choose for a future stay in Myrtle Beach. Thank you Joyce!

408. We love the size of this condo; plenty of room for our large extended family. Right on the beach. The views from the balconies and windows are excellent. Nice open living space. Comfortable. Nicely decorated. Updated furniture and colors. Well-equipped kitchen with granite, large island, two fridges. Reliable WiFi and Smart TVs. We had a wonderful family vacation in this condo. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

409. Our stay was amazing! If you are looking for a house in a quiet location but not far from the South end of Myrtle, this is the best spot! Conveniently located near the beach as well and we LOVED the private pool! We were told this house was newly updated and it is beautiful! We will return when in the area again!
